The corner house in Belgisch Park has been transformed into a perfect blend of historical charm and contemporary luxury, allowing the owners to enjoy the best of both worlds. The house is located in a water extraction area where a basement was initially not feasible. However, with careful planning and adherence to environmental regulations, we were able to realize a beautiful 100-square-meter basement in collaboration with Revac.
